Meet the owners

Patrick is a Combat Veteran who served 24 years active duty in the US Army. 4 tours in Iraq, 1 tour in Afghanistan, 1 tour in Bosnia, and 1 tour in Somalia.
After retiring from the Army as a Chief Warrant Officer 4 in the Signal Corps, Patrick continues to work as a defense contractor in San Antonio.

Patrick is a Pacific Islander with family roots originating from the island of Guam.
Patrick's specialty is Cybersecurity and Network Engineering...so you know Marcus runs the restaurant. ;-)

Marcus is a jack of all trades and a master of one. Pit Master to be exact.

Marcus has worked for many establishments throughout Texas and New Mexico and one day decided to team up with his buddy Pat to start this venture.

Marcus's attention to detail and love of smoked BBQ is sure to bring customers from near and far. 

Marcus's wife, Susan, who also works with us at WTF BBQ, is an Air Force Veteran and his son Peyton currently serves in the US Army as a 13M - MLRS Crewman.
